ID18APB001 - Open procedure procedure (article 60 of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016), for the stipulation of an agreement for the supply of beds dialysis scale for the SSR bodies F.V.G.

Dialysis scale beds and dialysis scale beds for bariatric patients (lot 1), dialysis scale armchairs (lot 2). per further specifications please refer to the Disciplinary of tender.

Substitutive declaration of certification, pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, with which the company certifies not to incur any of the exclusion conditions provided for in the article itself, nor in other situations which, pursuant to current legislation, constitute impediments to participation in the tender and / or for stipulation of the contract in the event of an award as well as being registered in the CCIAA register, where required (or in a register of companies or similar professional registers for foreign countries, etc.), specifying the place and number of registration in the business register and that at the expense of the company there is no declaration of bankruptcy, compulsory liquidation, prior agreement, there-and a proceeding for the declaration of one of these situations is underway.
