The takenThis contract concerns the procedure pursuant to art. 4 and 15 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, published in the European context for the sole purpose of ensuring maximum participation in compliance with the aforementioned Article 4 applicable to the field of excluded contracts in the same regulatory framework, for the conclusion of 3 framework agreements, each with a separate contractor, which can be subscribed under Article 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, referred to herein as an applicable contractual form, for the supply of radiant VHF-UHF diffusion systems for the extension MUX2, 3, 4 and partial implementation of the regionalized MUX1 network with possible interventions on FM preparatory systems, under the conditions established in the Specifications technical and in the framework agreement schema.

Supply of radiant diffusion systemsand VHF-UHF for extension MUX2, 3, 4 and partial implementation of the regionalized MUX1 network with possible interventions on FM systems as preliminary in the Disciplinary and the Tender Specifications.

The economic operators referred to in art. . 45, 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Code) that are in possession, under penalty of exclusion from the procedure, of the followingand

1. absence of grounds for exclusion pursuant to art. 80 of Legislative Decree 50/2016;

2. professional qualification requirements (Article 83 paragraph 1 letter a) of Legislative Decree No. 50/2016: a) Registration to the Chamber of Commerce for the activity that is the subject of this assignment or, in the case of competitors from another 'European Union, according to the modalities in force in the State of residence, in one of the professional registers orin accordance with Annex XVI of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, by sworn declaration or according to the procedures in force in the Member State in which it is established or by attestation, under its own responsibility, that the certificate produced has been issued by one of the professional or commercial registers established in the country in which you reside.

To have achieved, in the last financial year, fifinancial year approved on the closing date for the submission of tenders, an annual total turnover of at least EUR 650 000.00.
