Framework agreement for the provision of electronic communications services

The services concerned are: data transmission services, particularly to the Internet or between sites (VPN ) and complementary services to access such as parametric supportincluding the firewall during the commissioning at the beginning of the execution of the public market. Excluded from this consultation are dedicated fixed line telephony services, mobility services and the provision of equipment such as IPBX.

The services concerned are: transmission services of data and especially to the Internet ou between the sites (VPN) as well as services complementary to the accesses concerned such as the assistance with the parametrization including the firewall during the commissioning at the beginning of the execution of the public market. Excluded from this consultation are fixed line telephony services, mobility services and the provision of equipment such as IPBX.if the candidate is in receivership, - declaration of the honor of the candidate stating that he is in good standing, in the year preceding the year in which the launch of the consultation takes place, with regard to Articles L. 5212-1, L. 5212-2, L. 5212 5 and L. 5212-9 of the Labor Code, concerning the employment of disabled workers,
