Acquisition of Helen Oy's telecom operator services

The acquisition is based on telecom operator services at Helen Oy's mobile telecommunication service. See lisaeae item II.2.4. All teleoperator services are not included in the procurement package and are purchased by the subscriber with separate contracts. The legal service provided by lawDue to the obligations, the bidder must be registered in the Communications Office's Telecommunication Register. Acquisition of the telegraph service service Helen Oy's mobile telecommunications mobile phonenetwork access, traffic and mobile data, walks and information systems, accessibility services, and reporting. Delivery can not be split up because of technical functionality requirements. The contractor is not required to comply with the obligation to pay a maea tax.

The selected contractual partner must, prior to the conclusion of the contract, submit the valid certificates under the Local Liability Act, Michael's contract partner-does not belong to Trusted Partner.
