The scope of the contract includes the supply and installation of 85 Local Control Tanks - Pumping Stations - Boreholes within the EU. Ereneou, Akratas, Constellation, Switch, Aegira (their required equipment), the supply and installation of all software required to operate the systemthe supply, installation and installation of all communications equipment including any transponders required for the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the system, the development of software and its application to existing electronic equipment (servers, clients, printers, projectors, etc.) Central Control Station (CCC), to extend the system, such asbe mentioned in the issues.

The subject of the contract, which is described in detail in the technical specifications issue and other conventional issues, includes the following:

- detailed design of the integrated system offered,

- software development and application to the existing one its electronic equipment (server, client, printers, projection screen, etc.)Central Control Station (CCC), for the expansion of the system, as mentioned in the issues,

- supply and installation of 85 Local Control Stations of tanks - pumping stations - drilling, within Ereneou, Akratas, Constellation, Switch, Aegira, and their required equipment,

- supply and installation of all software required for its operation- supply and installation of all communications equipment, including any transponders required, for the smooth and uninterrupted operation of the system, as well as the submission of applications, for the granting of approvals by the competent Communication Systems Services or any other Services or Bodies required,

- supply and installation of any organs- apparatus - components refer to the study (level meters, flow rate, pressure etc.),

- factory acceptance and on-site acceptance tests (on-site tests),

- system completion and delivery tests,

- delivery plans, operation and maintenance manuals (documentation),

- training of Service staff in operations, support and maintenancesystem maintenance,

- system operation and support during trial operation,

- free warranty / maintenance for the period following final, quantitative and qualitative receipt of the supply (system) referred to in the technical offer and

Economic operators involved in the process of conclusion of this contract are required toengage in commercial, industrial or craft activities related to the subject of the supply.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or commercial registries kept in their country of establishment or to fulfill any other requirement set out in Annex XI to Appendix A;of Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries which have acceded to the SDS. or to third countries not covered by the foregoing and which have entered into bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement procedures shall be required to be registered otherwise.professional or commercial wall registers.

Economic operators established in GREECE are required to be registered with the Chamber of Commerce, Industry or Commerce



Economic operators are required to have:

Documentation of average annual turnover for the last 3 financial years (2016 2017 2018).

O average of total annual turnover for declared householdslegal uses (2016 2017 2018), should be 100% of the budget without VAT ..
