The physical object includes, among others, the modernization of all E / M installations of drilling, propulsiontanks and tanks - not included in the existing telemetry network - to implement leakage control, remote control and automation. A total of 57 network head installations are included, ie twelve (12) wells, 29 tanks - water towers, fourteen (14) propulsion pumps, one (1) tank bore and one (1) tank propeller pump. Kany installation may include more than one type of network head. The category of all these facilities is coded by TSA designation. (Local Control Stations) and, as a whole, are 57 (see paragraph 1.3) of the detailed declaration and study of the project.)

The economic operators involved in the processof this Convention are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement. Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or business registers held in their State of establishment or to satisfy any other requirementAnnex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016. In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS, or to third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union on public procurement proceduresn, are required to be registered in corresponding business or commercial registers. The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Material. As far as economic and financial capacity is concerned, for the current procurement process, indicate with at least one of the following supporting documents: (a) appropriate bank statements for the creditworthiness of the offeror. A bank document stating that it is cooperating with the bidder and examining its application for funding, even if it is a contractor, is sufficient as proof of credit. Sufficient borrowing capacity is considered when it rises(b) published balance sheets or balance sheet excerpts of the last three financial years, which show that the published balance sheet is balanced rather than negative. ) a signed, digitally signed statement of total turnover in the business sectorincluding the subject matter of the contract, up to three (3) last financial years, depending on the date of establishment of the economic operator or the start of its activities, showing that the tenderer has an average turnover of at least with 30% of the project budget excluding VAT, on an annual basis.
