CPV Description: Telemetry surveillance system - Supplying of a system for improvement, modernization and control of leaks, water supply networks of the Municipality of Kamena Vourla.

List and brief description of the terms:

The houseentities involved in the process of concluding this contract are required to engage in commercial, industrial or craft activity related to the subject matter of the procurement.

Economic operators established in a Member State of the European Union are required to be registered in one of the professional or trade registers kept in their Member State of establishmentor to satisfy any other requirement set out in Annex XI of Appendix A to Law 4412/2016.

In the case of economic operators established in a Member State of the European Economic Area (EEA) or in third countries that have acceded to the SSS. or in third countries not covered by the previous case and having concluded bilateral or multilateral agreements with the Union, in matters relating to public procurement procedures, are required to be registered in appropriate professional or commercial registers.

The economic operators established in Greece are required to be registered with the Chamber of Craftsmen or the Chamber of Commerce or Industry or the Register of Manufacturers of Defense Materials.

Selection criteria as defined in the contract documents, and in particular in the article2.2.5) and 2.2.6) of the Declaration. The purpose of the auctioned act is to define the technical requirements of the Municipality of Kamena Vourla for the installation of modern quantitative and qualitative water management and control systems, which are the final management objective of the Agency, in the context of the full implementation of new technologies. The commission will cover tIn general, the main purpose of the Municipality of Kamena Vourla, when the commission is completed, is to gather information from all water supply facilities at an Audit Center and their overall processing, which will lead, through appropriate software, to direct global inventory presentation, consumption, water balance, water quality monitoring, the drastic reduction in operating costs. Then, through the experience gained in the planning of a daily plan, the engineers will achieve the optimal operation of the water supply system, controlled by the Technical Service of the Municipality of Kamena Vourla.
