Provision of telecommunications services for Les Residences de l`Orleanais, split into 2 lots

This market, passes according to a call for tenders European market subject to the provisions of Articles R. 2124-2-1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code, subject to a single-award framework agreement submitted to purchase orders with no minimum or maximum for each of the two lots, pursuant to Articles R. 2162-4-3, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public order code. Global payment deadline: 30 days. Financing modalities: own funds, budget votes annually

- provision of access to the public network [analog access - access to the advertising networkbeyond 12 simultaneous calls (of type),

- routing of telephone traffic for accesses object of lot 1 [incoming from all sources - outgoing to local, national, mobile and international - outgoing to numbers specials and emergency numbers],

- site interconnection services,

- internet access services.

- letter of application including: declaration on the honor conformemArticles R. 2143-6 to R. 2143-10 of the Public Order Code certifying that it is not subject to one of the bidding prohibitions as defined in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-6 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the code of the public order,

- declaration on the honor duly date and signed by the candidate to justify being in rule with the articles L. 5212- 1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers,

- document relating to the powers of the person authorized to hire the candidate. In case of grouping, authorization of the representative by his co-contractors (the list of co-contractors must be provided, as well as the form thereof).
