Data communication connections and managed VPN service (DIG-10711) i.s.m. HH Schieland and the Krimpenerwaard

The data communication connections of the client are used to support three automation tasks:

Main Site: Leiden, Rotterdam.

- Decentralized data communication connecton external locations (objects) for automation tasks / areas of application within HHR and HHSK. The connections are configured according to a predefined profile and have at least a guaranteed bandwidth, additional best effort bandwidth (if applicable), back-up (if applicable) and guaranteed availability,

- Active 1 central data communicationcation connection e.g. fiber optics at the data center in Delft for the purpose of providing access to all decentralized data communication connections (WAN environment) of the client. The primary central data communication connection is and will continue to be dimensioned in terms of bandwidth such that settlement of the entire data traffic within the WAN environment of the client is guaranteed,

- Active 2 centraldata communication connection (geo redundantly separated on the supplier`s network relative to the primary central data communication connection, including a separate PoP) e.g. fiber optic at the data center in Leiden. The secondary central data communication connection is dimensionally identical in bandwidth to the primary central data communication connection and is used for internetaccess,

- Managed VPN service on all connections where management, monitoring and time to repair are set up to the right extent, eg. the various fields of application and the specifications within the profile,

- 2 geographically separated point-to-point connections, e.g. dark fiber between the data centers in Delft and Leiden (1 of these 2 connections still has a contractual term and will be added

- Professional qualification

- Liability insurance
