Telecommunications services of the City and the CCAS of Draguignan
These are contracts for the provision of telecommunications services on behalf of the group of orders formed between the commune of Draguignan and the Communal Center for Social Action of Draguignan ( CCAS)
Fixed telecommunication Internet access - guaranteed and unsecured debits.to be produced under Article R. 2143-3 of the CCP are:
A) the letter of application and rehabilitation of the representative in case of grouping (prints DC1), being precise that this print is freely downloadable on the site: www .minefe.gouv.fr (heading);
B) the document (s) relating to the powers of the person authorized to hire the candidate;
C) a declaration on the honor for justificationthat the candidate does not fit in any of the cases referred to in Articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11 of the CCP and in particular that he is in compliance with the articles L. 5212.1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers: candidates may for this purpose either produce the printer DC1 (freely downloadable on: www.minefe.gouv.fr - heading);
D) the judgment in the event of receivership, justifying that the candidate has been authorized to continue his activity during the foreseeable period of execution of the contract.
The information and formalities necessary to evaluate whether these requirements are fulfilled are (applicants may `they wish to use the printer DC2):
- the overall turnover and the turnover concernedsupplies, services or works covered by the contract, carried out during the last 3 financial years available. Companies created less than 3 years ago will usefully communicate the CA realized since their creation,
- appropriate declaration of banks or proof of an insurance for the professional risks.
