The subject matter of this public contract is the provision of voice and non-voice services by electronic communications provided in a fixed location via electronic communications and related services and deliveries inclin accordance with the Terms of Reference, for the Statutory City of Hradec Kralove (including the Municipal Police) and its establishment of a contributory organization and established trading company (CPV: 64200000-8, 64210000-1, 32570000-9).

Provision of voice and non-speech services via electronic communications provided in a fixed location via electronic communications and securitythe provision of related services and supplies to the extent and in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, for the Statutory City of Hradec Kralove (including the Municipal Police) and its establishment of a contributory organization and established trading company (CPV: 64200000-8, 64210000-1, 32570000-9). The Contracting Authority requires proof of fulfillment of the Supplier`s professional competence to the extent stipulated in Section 77 (1) and (2) of the Code. c) zakonathe fulfillment of professional qualifications by submitting:
- a statement from the Commercial Register or other similar records (if there is a similar registration in it or other records),
- certificate according to Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, issued by the Czech Telecommunication Office, generally authorized to provide a public fixed telephone network; the contractor must be provided by the personwhich have publicly available telephone services with a limited scope of the Czech Republic.
