Provision of Mobile Speech and Non-Speech Services by Electronic Communications Provided by Electronic Communications and Securingservices and supplies to the extent and in accordance with the Terms of Reference, for the Statutory City of Hradec Kralove (including the municipal police) and its establishment of a contributory organization and established trading company. The contracting authority requires proof of fulfillment of the supplier`s professional competence to the extent stipulated in - 77 (1) and (2) p. (c) zakona.

The supplier shall demonstrate compliance- professional qualifications by submitting:

- a statement from the Commercial Register or other similar records (if registered or otherwise recorded in it),

- certificate according to Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications, as amended, generally authorized to provide public mobile telephony and public mobile electronic communications; the supplier must be provided by the personpublicly available telephone services, internet access services and data transmission services, always with a limited scope of the Czech Republic.
