Provision of special customer numbers and value-added services

Reference Number: EL20181001

Provision of special customer numbers and value-added services on behalf of the group of orders identified in Article 1.5 of the CCSI .

Main Site: Sites of the administration in Metropolitan France (Corsica included).

- service 1: provision of numbersuser relationship allowing the routing of incoming communications in Metropolitan France,

- sub-service 1.1: provision of user relationship numbers,

- sub-service 1.2: routing of incoming communications,

- sub-service 1.3: services associated with the user relationship numbers,

- service 2: value-added services,

- sub-service 2.1: provision of Serversinteractive voice services (IVR) and associated services,

- sub-service 2.2: provision of call centers and associated services,

- sub-service 2.3: training,

- sub-service 2.4: recording of messages,

- sub-service 2.5: supervision, assistance with the implementation and configuration of numbers and IVR.

The candidate transmits the documents below:

The contracting authority wishes to express its preference so that in case of grouping, whatever its form, the representative produces a document of rehabilitation, in which the name and publication references of the consultation, signed by each of the members of the grouping, justifying the capacity of the representativeon their behalf and for their account, at the stage of submission of the application elements.

- the applicant shall submit a statement concerning the overall turnover and the turnover of the services subject of the framework agreement., performed during the last 3 years available,

- to do this, the applicant informs the form DC 2. Any company that is not ableto provide the above elements, in particular because of its recent date of creation, can prove its economic and financial capacity by any other means considered equivalent by the contracting authority.

The knowledge of the documents transmitted by the administration requires the use by the economic operator of standard or specific software capable of reading the filesIf he wishes that the modifications and precisions made to the documents of the consultation may be communicated to him, the economic operator withdrawing the consultation file from the companies may indicate:

- the name of the the organization in whose name the documents are requested,

- the name of the individual responsible for the download, andan e-mail address.

Application and bid submission methods: the candidate submits his application and his offer by deposit on the platform ofs State purchases.
