The subject of public procurement is the provision of voice and data services to mobile and fixed telephone networks in accordance with the terms and conditions. The definition of the subject of the public offer is stated in Annex No. 1 of the Act - Definition of the subject and technical conditions of telecommunications services

According to the provisions of - 77, paragraph 1 of ZZVZ, the supplier proves fulfillment of the conditions of professional competence in relation to the Czech Republic by submittinga commercial listing listing, or the like, if another law requires it to be entered in such records. The Contractor shall prove his professional competence pursuant to the provisions of Article 77 (2) of the Act. a) the CVTA by submitting a proof of the right to do business to the extent of the subject of the public offer. The contracting authority requires the submission of a proof of service for the provision of telecommunication services.they shall submit to the Proof of Proof of this professional qualification a trade license, respectively. Business documents may not be provided by the contractor unless the law of the country in his country of residence requires similar professional qualifications.
