The subject of public procurement is the continuous provision of comprehensive voice and data mobile telecommunications services for the city of Koprivnice, established and established organizations, as well as municipalities in the administrative district listed in annex no. 3 of this call ("Corrections" or "Associates")(hereinafter referred to as "Tele"), on the basis of framework agreements (further contracts), which will be concluded between the individual contracting authorities and the selected provider, and will be concluded for a fixed period of 48 months from the date of their entry into force. including other territories as required by authorized persons (see 3.6.1, 3.6.1.1 and 3.6.1.2 of the Documentation)

Prethe subject of public procurement is the continuous provision of comprehensive voice and data mobile telecommunications services for the city of Koprivnice, established and established organizations, as well as municipalities in the administrative district listed in annex 3 of this call (the "Correction Person" or "the joint sponsor", on the basis of framework agreements (further contracts), which will be concluded by individualosiektovatelm. Agreements will be concluded for a definite period of 48 months from the moment of their inception.

The contractor proves that the basic capacity under - 74 (1) 3 of the Act has been met in accordance with the provisions of Section 75 (1) of the Act. Honorable declaration under - 74 (1) letter. b) in para- graph and paragraph c) of the law, a template of attachment no. 2.1 is recommended.

According to - 77 par. 1 of ZZVZ, supplierIn the event that the supplier is not registered in the Commercial Register, he is obliged to submit a declaration in accordance with the provisions of Section 74 (1) of the Act on the Promotion of Inquiries in respect of the Czech Republic by submitting the Commercial Register Statement, . e) the law. According to - 77 par. 2 of the CTA, a document proving the right to the entrepreneur's undertaking to the extent of the subject of the public procurement, -License or Certified by the Czech Telecommunication Office. Documents must entitle suppliers to provide the required telecommunication and Internet services.
