RFA market

The need is related to the purchase and associated maintenance of Telecom equipment. or virtual devices that combine the 2 features of load distribution (SLB) and filtering app(WAF), as well as the implementation of an ELA (Enterprise License Agreement) allowing the provisioning of on-demand functionality.

The aim of the RFA market is the purchase and associated maintenance of equipment combining the two functionalities of and within a same physical and / or virtual box.

The subscription to the features described above can be done according to 2 modelseither by the acquisition of physical equipment or by the rental of group licenses of the ELA type. For reasons of compatibility and security of the IS, each candidate will have to answer the 2 models (physical and virtual), proposing imperatively in its offer the same technologies for the 2 models.

Also for reasons of security of the IS, whatever the model concerns (physor virtual), the company wants to diversify the products installed on its fleet. Thus, candidates will be asked to present in their bid, for each typology of equipment, equipment and reference proposed, 2 products from 2 different manufacturers.

This document is to be provided by the individual candidates and by each of the members of a candidate group.
