Support market and specialized expertise to telecom technical requirements for industrial and tertiary perimeterse the purchase of specialized services for telecom technical needs for industrial and tertiary perimeters. These external services make it possible to provide EDF / Enedis with skills in networks and telecommunications, both for project support and for technical design expertise.

The services of this lot consist in providing the necessary deliverables for lRealization of the main project phases by EDF Group in the field of networks and telecommunication. This includes project management, deployment to implement solutions and design and operational expertise.

The project`s technological specificities will address, inter alia, telecom security, network and interconnection infrastructures.networks and / or telecommunication services.

- the applicant must provide a declaration of honor dated and signed justifying that it does not enter in any of the cases of prohibition to tender mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the order n 2015-899 of 23.7.2015 relating to public markets and in particular that it is in rule with regard to articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Codel concerning the employment of handicapped workers.

This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a consortium and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.

- the candidate must submit an extract the relevant register such as an extract K bis, or, failing that, an equivalent document, enabling the candidate to be identified. This document is a furnaceby the individual candidates and by each member of a candidate group.

- the candidate must provide the financial statements (balance sheets and profit and loss accounts) for the last 3 years available attesting to its financial sustainability.

A document entitled is available in the collaborative space dedicated to suppliers of the purchasing portal. This document is to be completed, signed and annexed with the application documents.

EDF reserves the right to award the contract on the basis of the initial offers without negotiation.
