Media consultancy and purchase of advertising spaces

The service provider must accompany the communication campaigns of the agglomeration, whenever necessary, by:

The service provider must accompany the communication campaigns of the agglomeration, each time as necessary, by: - the definition of a media plan (general and / or specialized press, radio, tele, internet) and out of media (display) relevant to be submitted to the Rodez agglomeration and that it will have to validate. This media plan should include titles of the media, dissemination, format of the advertisement and date of publication. Rodez agglomeration will define a constrained financial envelope for each operation and provide a brief to the provider defining the objectives of the campaign and itsperimeter,

- collaboration when necessary with the communication consultant chosen by the agglomeration,

- the negotiation and purchase of advertising space on behalf of the agglomeration,

- the control of the diffusion,

- transmission to Rodez agglomeration of publication justifications and reporting tables.
