Insurance indemnity. Description: the tenderer must prove the provision of indemnity insurance for professional risks, valid until the end of the deadline for submission of bids, for an amount not less than 379 541.17 EUR. If the tenderer is a person-legal entity, the entity will be the insurance taker. Accreditation of this requirement by the bidder may be done alternatively: 1) By presenting the policy (original or certified copy) of insurance (certificates issued by insurance entities will not be accepted); 2) Through a binding commitment to underwrite the insurance, in the event that it is proposed toadjudicator In this case, the first classified bidder must make his commitment effective by means of the subscription and presentation of the policy (original or certified copy) before the contracting body within 10 working days. The successful bidder is obliged to keep the insurance policy in force for the minimum insured capital expressed during the entire period of execution-of the contract. Therefore, it must also provide a commitment to renew or extend it to ensure the maintenance of its coverage throughout the execution of the contract. In the case of temporary unions of entrepreneurs, the accumulation of the solvency by the members of this will only be valid if the following two conditions are met: 1) That each member of the temporary union accredits anown solvency ratio; 2 That at least one member of the temporary union fully meets the required solvency requirement.
