The purpose of the market is, necessary to the needs of the various hospital groups, poles of common interest and services of the public assistance headquarters - Paris hospitals. The consultation is decoplaced in 2 lots:
Main Site: Paris 12 33 boulevard de Picpus - 75012 Paris.
The detail of the services, object of the market, is specified in the book of the particular technical clauses. The total duration of the framework agreement is 3 years. It will be concluded for a period of 1 year from the date of notification and will be expressly renewable twice. There is no minimum amount. The amount mymaximum is EUR 30 000 excluding VAT for the total duration of the contract.
In application of article 48 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016, the candidate produces in support of his candidacy:
1) the form DC 1 date and sign in original version or electronic date and signature. A declaration on his honor to justify that he does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in articles 45 and 48 of the ordinance of 23.7.2015 on public markets and in particular that it is in compliance with Articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code concerning the employment of disabled workers;
2) Form DC 2, date and sign in original version or electronic date and signature. (mentions of capital and turnover must be followed by the corresponding monetary unit).Brief description of the selection criteria: the documents and information listed in Article 2 of the Order of 29.3.2016 setting out the list of information and documents that may be requested from candidates for public contracts for the purpose of assessing their economic capacity financial statement, that is to say:
- statement concerning the overall turnover of the candidate and, where appropriate, theturnover of the area of activity covered by the public contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of the establishment of the undertaking or the beginning of activity of the economic operator, as far as information on these turnover figures is available,
4) the documents and information listed in Article 3 of the Decree of 29.3.2016setting out the list of information and documents that may be requested of candidates for public contracts for the purpose of assessing their technical and professional capacity, that is to say:
- a list of the main services provided during the last 3 years indicating the amount, the date and the public or private recipient. Where appropriate, evidence of servicesrelevant information provided more than 3 years ago will be taken into account. Deliveries and services are evidenced by certificates from the consignee or, failing that, by a declaration from the economic operator;
A visit (optional) will be organized on 28.6.2018 from 9:00 to 13:00 next address: Pitie Salpetriere, 47-83 bd of the Hospital, 75013 Paris. It will be necessary beforehand to contact-the person in charge of the visit, Mrs Dufeu at 33 140274542 or by email: barbara.dufeu@aphp.fr - in accordance with article 27 of the decree n 2016-360 of the 25.3.2016 relative to the public markets. The representative of the contracting authority may decide to receive for negotiation interview the first 3 candidates for the classification of each lot. (See the consultation rules). Delivery of folds by voie dematerialisee is desired. However, the deposit of folds by materialized way is authorized. The candidate must choose at the time of the submission of his answer the mode of transmission of the latter: - either the electronic transmission: dematerialized way,
- or the transmission on physical physical electronic,
- or the transmission on paper. can not under any circumstances use conjin the context of the same consultation, several different modes of transmission under penalty of rejection of all of his answers.
