Sports facilities operation services. The object of the contract is the operation of the Falakro Ski Resort for the 2019 - 2020 ski season.the provision of technical and administrative support services for the operation of the elevators and related facilities of the NGI and the complete and effective snow clearing and clearing of the NGI access road and parking area. of the contract is the operation of the Falakro Ski Resortfor the 2019 - 2020 ski season. The subject of the contract for reasons of the nature of services but also for the purposes of monitoring and managing the contract is organized into two distinct parts. The two distinct parts of the contract are not subdivided into separate sections within the meaning of Article 59- Subdivision of Contracts into Parts of Law 4412/2016 and contain the following summaryme:

1.Providing technical and administrative support services for the operation of the lifts and related infrastructure of the Falakro Ski Resort and

2. The complete and effective snow clearing and clearing of the access road and the parking lot of Falakro Ski Center all along their length and width, as well as the treatment of ice on the road, whicheverweather conditions to ensure that the activities of the ski resort are operational throughout the ski season. For each of the two parties to the contract, there are two triggering situations (a) and (b), imposing obligations on the one hand and paying the financial counterparty on the other, as follows:

(j) Status (a), background (periods) preparation, maintenance and rehabilitation or waiting respectively, for a period of 120 days of initial assessment within the term of the contract and for both parties to the contract (ii) Condition (b), operating or fully activated respectively, for a period of 70 days initial assessment for part 1 of the contract and 90 days initial assessment for part 2 of the contract within the respectivestatus (a). For the triggering situations (a) and (b) of the parties to the contract, obligations are set out in accordance with the articles of this notice and a contractual payment method with a flat-rate daily rate as specified below:

1. Part 1

Condition (a): Fixed daily flat rate EUR 870.00

Condition (b): Fixed daily flat rate ifprice of EUR 1 480.00

2. Part 2

Condition (a): Fixed daily basic rate of EUR 280.00

Condition (b): Fixed daily rate of EUR 400.00

Conditioned extra (b) in each if activated, it is added to the base price of the corresponding situation (a).
