Purchase and delivery of measuring apparatus for noise monitoring. Part 1- Purchase of noise monitoring measuring equipment.

The order concerns the purchase and delivery of 16 sound level meters with 16 calibrators and 16 complete noise monitoring measuring instruments: each consisting of a noise monitoring station (1 meter integrated with 1 weather station, 1 calibrator, 1 IP camera) with mobile power supply, tripods and data processing software. The order also includes installation training in each branch of CLB CIEP and a 3-day application training for approx. 45 employees of the Central Research Laboratory in the field of equipment (including hotel service and food).

1. Contractors who are not subject to exclusion from the public procurement procedure pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Law, and also pursuant to art. 24 paragraph 5 points 1.

2. They can apply for the contractContractors who meet the following conditions for participation in the procedure regarding:

1) competences or powers to conduct a specific professional activity, if it results from separate provisions:

The contracting authority does not specify how to assess the fulfillment of this condition;

Contractors who meet the following conditions for participation in the procedure regarding peconomic or financial standing:

the Contractor demonstrates that he has the financial means or creditworthiness, for an amount of not less than PLN 200, 000.

1. The Purchaser does not allow submission of partial offers.

2. The Awarding Entity does not provide for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7.

3. If no funds were to be allocated to finance the whole orpart of the contract is expected to annul the contract award procedure (in accordance with Article 93 (1a) of the Public Procurement Law).

4. The Employer intends to allocate up to PLN 2 555 000 gross for the performance of this contract.
