Technical control for the extension and restructuring of the Roland Garros passenger terminal (La Reunion)

Technical control relating to the west and south extension and the partial restructuring of the passenger terminal Reunion Roland Garros airport in Sainte-Marie de La Reunion and the execution of the depollution and deconstruction worksealables

The services to be carried out correspond to the following missions defined in particular the CCTG applicable to the technical control marches approved by decree n 99-443 of 28.5.1999 and has the standard NF P 03.100: basic missions of technical control (L and S), complementary missions of technical control (PS, P1, F, PH, TH, Hand, LE, AV, ENV and PV) and complementary missions outside technical control (VIE and attestation of acknowledgment of accessibility).

Execution of services planned from 09/2018 to the end of 2023. Estimated cost (TTC) of works including HHT and depollution / deconstruction and hbaggage sorting systems: 71 000 000 EUR. The market consists of 1 firm tranche and the following 3 optional tranches (TO):

TO n 1 corresponding to technical control missions in the design phase and covering the natural ventilation and acoustics of the departure lounge;

TO n 2 corresponding to the technical control missions in the realization phase and GPA and relating to ventilationand the acoustics of the departure lounge as well as on the jetty is

TO n 3 corresponding to the technical control missions for the telescopic gangways.

The holder will have to comply with the safety obligations with regard to access to reserved areas. In accordance with article 57 of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public markets, the candidatures will have to indicate thethe names and relevant professional qualifications of natural persons who will be responsible for the execution of the contract. At this stage of the operation, the contracting authority estimates that, beyond the provisions of the contract (participation in works meetings), the mobilization to be foreseen by the technical controller is at least 1 day per week for the examination. documents of execution and-1/2 day of visit (free) per week in phase realization.
