The purpose of this contract is the realization ofassistance payments of a financial, administrative and technical nature for the realization of the infrastructures and systems of line 18 of the Greater Paris Express.

Each candidate or each member of the group provides adeclaration concerning: (1) Overall turnover during the last 3 available financial years or equivalent and the share allocated to services of the same kind as the market - each candidate or each member of the group provides a declaration;

The candidate will be able to prove his financial capacityby any other document considered equivalent by the contracting entity if it is objectively impossible to produce one of the documents requested concerning its financial capacity.

This contract is at mixed prices. It includes a lump-sum portion and a unit price portion with purchase orders with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of $ 22, 400.00 d'EUR, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6, Articles R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code de public order. Appendix 1 complements this CSLA. It provides the following details:
