Technical assistance through project supervisors for the investment objective "Skateboard development in Central Parkin the city of Timisoara ", according to the requirements imposed by the awarding documentation, unique identification code: 14756536-2018-PAAPD 1001606.

Main Site: Central Park Timisoara and / or at the beneficiary's premises (as the case may be) technical through project supervisors for the investment objective "Skateboard Running in the Central Park in Timisoara", in accordance with the requirements imposed by the awarding documentation

The site engineer will act as representative of the beneficiary in relation to the designer, the constructor, the suppliers, the service providers in the execution of the works contract

The contract will provide the following services:

- Technical Assistance to the Beneficiary in the Works Contract, - The monitoring and supervision of the construction works, according to the provisions of the Romanian legislation in force (Law No. 10/1995, Government Decision no. 343 / 18.5.2017 regarding the approval of the Regulation for the reception of the construction works and related installations, Government Decision No. 766/1997 regarding the approval of certain regulationsquality in construction, Order no. 1496/2011, as amended and supplemented by Order no. 277/2012)

The duration of the contract is from the date of issue of the order for commencement of works up to the final acceptance of the execution works, respectively 3 months, plus the warranty period for the execution of the 5-year works (60 months ). The contract takes effect until the final reception.

Timisoara shall exclude at any time the procedure for the award of the service contract, any economic operator who is in one of the situations provided in art. 60, 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98/2016 on public procurement. Exclusion reasons will also be applied to associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters, as appropriate.

Means of performance: under the sanction of respirationthe bidder as unacceptable, each economic operator participating in the awarding procedure (tenderer, associated bidder, subcontractor, third party, as the case may be) will present with the offer and DUAE completed according to the provisions of art. 193 par. (1) of the Law no. 98/2016, with information related to their situation.

(a) Statement of non-compliance with situationsgenerating conflicts of interest, as defined in art. 60 of Law no. 98/2016, by all participants in the procedure; (b) Where appropriate, the firm's firm commitment to documents supporting the manner in which its support, subcontracting and / or association agreement will materialize.
