Acquisition of school supplies will be according to the specifications of Annex no. 1 to the specification and Annex no. 1 to the proposal for aThe following contracts will be concluded according to necessities and availability, monthly, quarterly or half-yearly.

The largest subsequent contract to be concluded is worth RON 194, 115.80, without VAT.

- Statement of non-compliance in the art. 164 of Law 98/2016 (the criminal record of the economic operator and the members of the administrative bodymanagement or supervision of the respective economic operator or of those who have the power of representation, decision or control within it, as it results from the certifying certificate issued by the ONRC / act of incorporation), - Statement regarding the non-compliance in the situations art. 165 of Law 98/2016; Statement of Non-compliance in Art. 167 of Law 98/2016,

Certified(state budget and local budget) at the time of the presentation,

- Statement on own responsibility regarding the non-compliance in disputes. art. 59. The tenderer / candidate / associated tenderer / subcontractor / third party who is a member of the board of directors / bodiesmanagement or supervision and / or shareholders or associate persons who are spouses, relatives or cavers up to the second degree or who are in commercial relations, as provided in art. 60, with persons holding decision-making positions within the contracting authority, is excluded from the award procedure.

DUAE will be filled in - the bidder declared winner vto submit the documents.

All bidders are required to submit the commitment of the third supporter (together with the supporting documents submitted to them by the third party / third party supporters) with the filing of the DUAE, from which the actual support will be materialized, ), the Association Agreement and the subcontracting agreement. Evidence supporting documentsthe commitments assumed in the commitments / agreements will be requested only by the bidder declared winner at the request of the contracting authority.

The bidders, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 164, 165 and 167 of Law no. 98 / 2016.

The way to demonstrate the fulfillment of the requirement: DUAE will be completed by econo operatorssmall participants in the award procedure with the information related to their situation. The supporting documents proving the fulfillment of the undertaken by completing the DUAE shall be submitted, at the request of the contracting authority, only by the bidder placed on the first place in the intermediate rankings drawn up at the completion of the evaluation of the tenders. These documents can be: certificates found(local budget, state budget, etc.) at the moment of presentation; - as the case may be, documents demonstrating that the economic operator can benefit from the following: the derogations provided in art. 166 par. (2), art. 167 par. (2), art. 171 of Law 98/2016 on Pp purchasesblice,

- other editing documents, as appropriate.

Consideration will be given to the obligation to complete and initiate the DUAE by tenderers / candidates (including associates / subcontractors / thirds supporters) as the first proof of non-compliance with exclusion and capacity requirements. The failure of DUAE with the offer (including partner / third party support) attractsrejecting it as unacceptable. Failure to submit with the offer, the firm commitment of the third party to support the actual manner in which its support or, where appropriate, the subcontracting agreement and / or the association agreement will materialize, the information contained in the DUAE sections, both of them-the tenderer / candidate and the subcontractor / third party supporter, this being necessary to ensure the proper conduct of the award procedure ..
