S0rlandet hospital Health Trust shall enter into framework agreements after an open tender contest for transport of patients in Kristiansand and Vennesla municipality.

S0rlandet hospital Health Trust shall enter into framework agreements after an open tender contest for publicly funded transport of patients (OBP) in Kristiansand and Vennesla municipality. The contract is limited to transport where the hospital is the contracting authority, in accordance with Patients and Users right act. S0rlandet sykehus HF invites interested taxi owners, taxi centres, coach licence owners and others with the described qualifications to submit tenders for the transport services.

Requirement: Tenderers shall be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Documentation: Norwegian tenderers shall present an updated Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers shall present a certificate for statutory registration in the country of establishment.

Requirement: The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to implement the contractual terms. This requirement shall be substantiated in accordance with the tender documentation's point 5.2
