Advisory services on fiscal and financial issues in the upstream oil and gas industry

Following the announcement of its British joint venture partner Centrica to withdraw from oil and gas production a consultant to Stadtwerke Muenchen-Gruppe regarding their stake in Upstream oil and gas business SpAdvising irit Energy on fiscal and financial issues.

Advisory services on tax and financial issues in the upstream oil and gas industry, with a focus on the UK and also in Norway, Denmark, the Netherlands and Germany

(1) Explaining that the company`s requirements under trade law for the performance of the tendered service(2) Indication of registration in the professional or commercial register of the registered office or place of residence of the enterprise.
