The subject matter of the order is the provision of Personal Authorization System services providing application software for the purpose of providing employee attendance management services (P.A.S.). Detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents

Subject of the contractThe introduction of the service P.A.S. to operational operations and provision of flat-rate and over-flat-rate technical support services to P.A.S. including the technological environment, ensure problem-free operation of provided services, which provide post implementation support for P.A.S. for a period of 48 months. A detailed definition of the subject of the contract is given in the tender documents.conditions for participation in relation to personal status pursuant to - 32 para. 1 Act No. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the Amendment and Supplementation of Certain Outcomes (hereinafter referred to as "PPA"). 2, or according to - 32 para. 4 and / or 5, - 39 or - 152 ZVO.

2. If the applicant proves fulfillment of the condition of participation by documents according to - 32 par. 2 of the Act, pursuant to the last sentence of - 32 para. 3 ZVO nomust submit to the contracting authority a document pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. a) of the Act, but submits all data (Section 10 (4) of Act No. 330/2007 Coll. on Criminal Records) necessary to request an extract from the criminal record of a legal person, statutory body, members of statutory body, members of supervisory body, prosecutors from the General Prosecutor`s Office of the Slovak Republic and does not have to submit documents pursuant to - 32 para. 2 pism. b).(c) and (e) of the GPA (point 2 does not apply to tenderers under - 32 (4) and / or 5 of the GPA)

3. In the case of a tenderer consisting of a group of contractors participating in a public procurement procedure, proof of compliance with the above condition of participation in respect of personal status shall be required separately for each member of the group. according to - 33 par. 1 pism. a) GPO, statement of bank or branch of foreign bank

2. according to - 33ods. 1 pism. (d) the OCTs, an overview of the total turnover and, where appropriate, an overview of the turnover achieved in the area covered by the contract for a maximum of the last 3 marketing years for which they are available depending on the commencement or commencement of the operation. The Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic performs the subject of public procurement for theelectronically in the electronic public procurement system. Communication including delivery is realized in the Evoservis system. Delivery via electronic tool is the moment of receipt of the data message to the electronic address of the addressee (s) in the electronic tool. Any candidate / tenderer not registered in the Evoservis system will register in the system at

www.evoservis.sk / mpsvrsr /, eventually at www.evoservis.sk. After registration, he / she will receive an access code (name and password) for logging into the Evoservis system for the purpose of communication with the contracting authority, accepting the tender documentation, enclosing and submitting electronic offers in the Evoservis system. A registered applicant in the Evoservis system is not re-registered. Nand logging in to the system uses the access codes received at initial registration. After logging into the system, the applicant has unlimited access to all data and instructions in the Contract overview profile after confirmation of the request for the tender documentation, including the tender documents and the relevant attachments. The Tenderer shall submit his / her bid electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO. submissionThe withdrawal of the electronic offer shall be confirmed by a recognized electronic mark (UEE). Further information on the use of UEZs can be found in the application documents. In case of question, respectively. of the request for explanation, the candidate / tenderer will communicate with the contracting authority directly in the Evoservis system via a communication interface in accordance with Part A. of the tender documents. An electronically submitted offer shall submit:scans of original documents or certified copies. If the tenderer has submitted in the tender documents which are not signed by an advanced electronic signature (or equivalent), before signing the contract, at the invitation of the contracting authority, submit originals of the required documents or certified copies of the original documents. The contracting authority requires a tender security of EUR 9, 000(in words: EUR 9, 000). Detailed information on the composition of the security shall be included in the documents to be submitted. Public tendering shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure referred to in the second sentence of Section 66, Para. 7 ZVO (so-called super-reverse public competition)

5. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept the successful tenderer `s tender if it is higher than the estimated value of the contract. If the conditions of -11 A PPA tenderer with whom the contract will be signed and its known subcontractors must be registered in the Public Sector Partners Register before signing the contract in question. The justification for the non - division of the contract into lots shall be indicated in the sui generis documents. Pursuant to Article 39 of the PPA, the tenderer may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions of participation specified by the contracting authoritydocument (JED). The contracting authority permits that the tenderer may complete only the Global Data section for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED.
