The purpose of the outsourced services is to prepare an investment project to substantiate the development and implementation of the Environmental Impact Assessment Information System (PAVIS), possible alternatives and other considerations related to this project. During the preparation of the investment project, a detailed description and evaluation of all PAVIS creation and implementation needs to be madeimplementation and support options, optimum implementation method and financially, technically and socially reasonable investment objectives, estimated return on investment, reasonable implementation method, costs, consequences.
