- provision of assistance on the evolutionary, corrective maintenance of software package and on the operation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS),

- assistance to the engineering, operation and maintenance of telecommunication systemsmmunications,

- framework agreement for services relating to assistance, project management in the field of information systems,

- assistance to the realization of agile specific developments,

- framework agreement for services analysis and engineering of RATP applications,

- framework agreement for services to support the integration of applications of RATPthe RATP,

- framework agreement for services of expertise on the infrastructures of the information systems of the RATP,

- governance SSI and integration of the security in the projects.
