The objectives in terms of services consist in: - - to guarantee, in a constant way, the reliability of the materials and / or equipment and their functioning at an optimal level equivalent to that of the initial performances, - to ensure, permanently, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00, the availability of service operation, the maintenance of parametoperating systems,

- responding to customer requests, the best quality / cost / technical solution, for modifications on the existing,

- prove, by a method of quality assurance, technical monitoring and maintenance

The contracting authority requires the transmission of the application in the form of forms DC1 and DC2, but accepts that the-candidate submits his application in the form of a Single European Market Document (DUME). They will contain the elements indicated below:

- Declaration concerning overall turnover and turnovers concerning the services covered by the contract, covering at most the last 3 financial years available according to the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator's activity, insofar as the information on these figures of 'business is available.

This open invitation to tender is subject to the provisions of Articles 25-I.1, 67 and 68 of Decree No. 2016-360 of25.3.2016 on public markets. This consultation will be carried out pursuant to Articles 78 and 80 of Decree No. 2016-360 of 25.3.2016.

This is a framework agreement with purchase orders with minimum and an economic operator. The framework agreement is concluded from 1.1.2019 (or its notification date, whichever is later) until 31.12.2019. The framework agreement may be renewed bysuccessive period of one year for a maximum extension period of two years, but this period may not exceed 31.12.2021.

In accordance with article 53.II of the decree n 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to the public markets, the candidates are not obliged to provide the documents and information mentioned above, already transmitted to the City of Antibes in the framework of a previous consultation and-which remain valid according to the regulation of the consultation.
