The acquisition is in the form of a single contract for "operation and management of the tracking system within the SAC", according to the notebook Tasks 1.

The bidders, third-party supporters and subcontractorsshould not be found in the situations provided for in art. 177, 178, 180 of Law no. 99/2016

Mode of performance: bidders / candidates (including associates / subcontractors / third-party supporters) are required to complete and initially present the AAUA as a first proof of non-compliance in exclusion situations and to meet capacity requirements. Fr.obey the fulfillment of the assumed by completing the DUAE are filed in Stage I.

Documents attesting the non-compliance in the situations provided by art. 177, 178 and 180 of Law no. 99/2016 are:

For foreign legal persons:

The foreign legal person has the obligation to submit the documents provided for in Chapter I. In the case of the documents referred to in Chapter I, points (a) and (b), similar documents issued by a competent entity from the country where it hasheadquarters, accompanied by authorized translation in Romanian.

Requirement 2.

The tenderers, the supporting third parties and the subcontractors must not find themselves in the situations stipulated in art. 73, according to Law no. 99 / 2016.
