The object of the contract is to ensure the operation, maintenance, support and development of the ISSZ (Information Service Services System) for 48 months. The subject matter of the contract consists of 2 in particular withthe following activities:

Only referred to in II.1.4. 1 zakona č. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended (FVO). Their fulfillment according to - 32 par. 2 to para. 5, -39, - 152 para. 1 or - 152 para. 3 ZVO. Pursuant to - 32 para. 3 ZVO applicant shall not submit a document pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) and the document pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism. e). If the applicant has not submitted the JED pursuant to - 39 or a document pursuant to - 32 par. 2 pism. a) he is not registered in the list of economic subjects, he is obliged to prove the fulfillment of the condition according to - 32 par. 1 pism. (a) provide public procurementrequired to request a statement from the criminal record. In the case of a claimant, which is made up of a group of contractors involved in the public procurement, it is required to prove that the conditions of participation of a personal position for each member of the group are met separately. - 33 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO - statement of a bank or branch of a foreign bank.

2. - 33 par. 1 pism. d) ZVO - the total turnover overviewfor the last 3 marketing years, for which they are available depending on the origin or start of operations. The contracting authority (VO) carries out the public procurement in question electronically in the electronic public procurement system. Communication, including delivery, takes place in Evoservis. Electronic tool delivery is the moment of receiving a data message onthe electronic address of the data message address (es) in the electronic tool. Every interested person / applicant who is not registered in the Evoservis system will register at www.evoservis.sk/mpsvrsr/, prip. at www.evoservis.sk. After registering, he / she will be sent an e-mail sent to them with an access code (name and password) for communication with VO, download of input documentation, attachment and submission of e-mail.electronic offers. Registered claimant in Evoservis is not registered. To log in to the system, he uses access codes that were delivered to him at initial registration. After logging in to the system, the Job Seeker profile is unrestricted to access all data and instructions, including supporting materials and appro- priate appendices, upon confirmation of the submission request. Applicator bit can submit its offer electronically in accordance with - 49 par. 1 pism. a) ZVO. Electronic offers will be signed by epodpisom. For more information on using e-signatures, see SP. In the case of questions, respectively. the request for explanation will be of interest to the bidder / bidder communicating with the VO directly in Evoservis via the communication interface in terms of SP

2. Originaln scans are submitted to the electronically submitted biddocuments or a certified copy. Successful bidders submit originals of required documents before signing the contract or a certified copy of the original documents. The public contest is executed in accordance with the procedure under - 66 par. 7 second sentence ZVO.

4. The VO requests a bid security of EUR 150, 000. Detailed information on the composition of the security is given in the supporting documents. Bidder, whothe contract will be signed and its subcontractors obliged to be enrolled in the Public Sector Partnerships Register (RPVS) must be entered in the RPVS before signing the contract in question. Subsection II.2.7) Duration of contract, framework agreement or dynamic purchasing system: The contract is concluded for a period of 48 months from the date of its entry into force, i. from the first day of the calendar monthfollowing the month in which the contract is published in the Central Contract Registry. The contracting authority reserves the right not to accept a successful bidder's bid that exceeds the expected value of the contract.

8. Revocation of the non-divisional order: Currently, there is enough company on the market to prove that the subject of the contract is in its entirety, so the division of the order into the part would beit would be a matter of course for the public and the contracting authority to ensure the smooth and proper provision of the service, as well as quality control and complaint and liability for performance. On the market, there is a suitable environment for the realization of economic competition as a whole, and it is usually that suppliers prove to provide comprehensive service to the full extent required, while also disposing ofbrave capacities to successfully implement the subject of this contract, on the basis of which transparent economic competition can be ensured. The division of the object of the contract into parts would be uneconomical and inefficient. Pursuant to Section 39 of the FVO, the applicant may provisionally replace the documents proving compliance with the conditions of participation specified by the VO Single European Document (JED). VO allows the applicant to complete len Globalny section for all Part IV JED participation conditions without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED.

10. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the public procurement in question, respectively. do not accept the offer of a successful applicant if the ISSZ (Information Services Services Information System) is not delimited into the property of the MoLSAF SR.
