The subject of the contract is the maintenance and development of the application software program Rubin and all its modules implemented in the NTS SR departments for a period of 48 months.

1. Maintenance - Providing support services for application programsRubin equipment and all its modules implemented at the National Transfusion Service in the Czech Republic, including the Central Registry (CReg), APV Rubin with the Central Registry (CReg) and communication programs for the connected analyzers and balances. It includes the provision of legal, technical and methodological support services for a period of 48 months for application software RubinV2 (also referred to as APV Rubin, or IS Rubin) implemented in the public procurement workshops

2. Further development - includes further modernization and updating, which will be prompted by legislative changes, changes in working procedures, the use of the latest ICT technology.

The applicant must comply with the conditions of the time stipulated in the provision of - 32 par. 1 of the Act on Public Procurement, their fulfillment of proofs by submitting documents pursuant to the provisions of - 32 par. 2 a ods. 4 of the Public Procurement Act. 1. This prohibition shall be enforced by a public procurement procedure with the application of Section 66 7 ZVO, using an electronic auction.

2.
