Provision of technical support and service services for the equipment and software of the HDS UCP Pro virtualization platform, detailed in Part II of the ToR. Description of the Subject of the Order

1. The Contracting Authority provides for the procedure referred to in art. 24aa of Public Procurement Law

2. The ordering party is the administrator of personal data in the sense of DecRegulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27.4.2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter: "RODO") 3.
