The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services and development of the Electronic Communication Information System environment (hereinafter referred to as "EKP") to the following extent:

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of technical support services and development of the electronic communication environment (EKP) information system to the following extent: a) technical support: provision of technical support services for a period of 60 months from the date of entry into force of the contract(b) development: incorporation of legislative changes, incorporation of the requirements of the contracting authority for the implementation of changes in the EKP and EKP regulations up to a maximum of 3 000 persons during the term of the contract for the subject of the contract and under the conditions laid down in the tender documents - Detailed definition of the subject matter of the order, nature and amount of serviceieb and other requirements are listed in the tender documents published in the profile of the contracting authority at the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and in IS EVO and the public contracting authority provides them with unlimited, unlimited and direct access from the date of publication of the notice of award of public procurement in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union or in the Official Gazette of the European Union pursuant to thiswhich is the reality that comes first.

2. Additional information on point II.1.5) Total estimated value of the notice: The total estimated value of the call ('PHZ') is EUR 3 060 000, 00 excl. VAT, of which PHZ for the provision of services (a) EKP technical support for the period 60 months is EUR 1, 500, 000.00 excluding VAT; and (b) the EKP for a period of 60 months is EUR 1, 560, 000.00 excluding VAT.

Public procurementthe proprietor reserves the right not to accept the tenderer's bid in excess of the PHZ and thus in relation to the PHZ for the provision of ECK technical support services [ (a) of this part of this notice] as well as in relation to the estimated value of the procurement for the provision of development services for the EKP [ (b) of this part of this notice]. The conditions for participation in public procurement pursuant to - 32 of Act no. 343/2015 Z. z. on the Public Procurement and on the Amendment to Certain Laws, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), concerning the personal status jointly for all the parts of the object of the Procurement. The Applicant must meet the conditions for the personal status mentioned in - 32 par. 1 law. Documents and documents through which the applicant demonstrates compliance with the conditions of part timeaccording to Article 32 of the Act:

1.1 The Applicant shall prove that he / she fulfills the conditions for the person's personal status according to - 32 par. 1 of the Act, in accordance with - 32 par. (2) of the Act or Section 152 of the Act.

1.2 The Public Procurer recommends that the Applicant to the Conditions for Participation in Personal Status pursuant to Section 32 1 letter. (g) and (h) of the Act made a declaration of honor, from which it will be apparent that p1.3 In the case of a tenderer forming a group of contractors engaged in a public procurement, proof of compliance with the conditions of the individual's personal status is required for each member of the group separately. The fulfillment of the condition of part-time according to - 32 par. 1 letter. e) the law proves a member of the group only in relation to that part of the object of the contract1.4 If the applicant, the place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statutes of the Slovak Republic, the place of business or usual residence does not issue any of the documents mentioned in - 32 par. (2) of the Act, or it does not issue any equivalent documents, it may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in its statute, place of business or usual1.5 If the right of the applicant's status with a seat, place of business or habitual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic is not regulated by an institute of honesty, it may be replaced by a declaration made by a court, a body, a notary, another professional institution or a commercial institution under the regulations in force in the statutes, place of business or usual residence of the applicant.

1.6 Public Obstthe author shall recognize an equivalent entry as entered in the list of economic entities pursuant to Article 152 of the Act or a certificate of registration issued by the competent authority of another Member State by which the applicant or the person concerned demonstrates that the conditions for participation in the public procurement have been fulfilled. The contracting authority shall also accept an equivalent document submitted to the applicant or assignee. Entry in the list of entrepreneurs executed by-Act no. 25/2006 Coll. on public procurement and on the amendment of certain laws, as amended by later regulations effective until April 17, 2016, is entered in the list of economic subjects in the range of the recorded facts.

1.7 The contracting authority is in favor of the General Methodological Guideline no. 6/2016 Public Procurement Act of 12 August 2016 in relation to - 32 par. 1 letter. a) the law(the number of characters in this formula is limited), which do not allow the contracting authority in Section III. Legal, economic, financial and technical information III.1.2) Economic and financial ability to indicate the final version of the conditions stated in Section 33 of the Act, the contracting authorityof the terms and conditions in part A.2 Conditions of participation of tenderers in the tender documents published in the profile of the contracting authority at the portal www.uvo.gov.sk and in the IS EVO and to which the public contracting authority is free of unlimited, direct and direct access from the date of publication of the notice of award of the contract in the Supplement to the Official Journal of the European Union-or in the Public Procurement Office, whichever comes first.

1. Within the scope of this public tender, the provisions of - 66 par. 7 of the Act, ie the contracting authority will assess the fulfillment of the conditions under Article 40 of the Act after the evaluation of the tender pursuant to Section 53 of the Act. This public procurement is implemented through IS EVO. IS EVO will be used for each endin the process of public procurement, the entire procurement process is only done electronically through IS EVO. The Public Procurement Officer asks interested parties to register in EV EVO. This registration is associated with certain process terminations, so it is necessary to do so in good time. Registration for EV EVO is possible to be realized by the interested person at least until the expiration of the leuyou submit your tender under this notice. Tenders, other documents and documents in public procurement pursuant to Section 21 6 of the Act shall be submitted in the national language. Where the document or document is drawn up in a foreign language, it shall be accompanied by its official translation into the authentic language; it does not apply to offers, designs, documents and documents in Czech. If you notice a difference in their content, -the judge is a tradable translation into the official language. The contracting authority requests a security of EUR 150, 000. Detailed information on the composition of the security is given in the tender documentation.

7. All costs and expenses associated with the preparation and submission of the tender shall be borne by the applicant without any financial burden on the public purchaser, irrespective of the outcome of the procurement. The enthusiast canprovisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contracting Authority for a single European document (hereinafter referred to as JED) in accordance with Section 39 of the Act. The JED form together with a manual for filling it is available on the web site of the Public Procurement Office http://www.uvo.gov.sk/legislativametodika-dohlad/jednotny-europsky-dokument-pre-verejne-obstaravanie-553.html and on Web-European Commission website https://ec.europa.eu/growth/tools-databases/espd/filterlang=en. The contracting authority declares that it restricts the information required for the Part-time (Part IV: Conditions of Part A to D JED) to 1 question with yes or no answer (alpha: Globalny for all conditions) j. whether the economic entities fulfill all the required conditions in timewithout the need to fill in the sections Part IV: Conditions for the Single European Document Part-8. The contracting authority may not enter into a contract with an applicant or tenderers who are required to register with the public sector partners and are not enrolled in the register of public sector partners or who are subcontractors or subcontractors under Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on public sector partners' registers and on the amendment of certain laws which are required to be entered in the register of public sector partners and not to be entered in the register. The supporting documents and other documents necessary for the preparation of the offer are provided through the IS EVO and are published in the profile of the contracting authority at www.uvo.gov.sk.
