Providing Post-Warranty Subscription Services and Maintenance of the National Visa Information System (NVIS) - Components Client Database and Interfaces ). During post-warranty postpaid maintenancethe operator shall carry out activities to ensure the operational and efficient use of the CBD by the developer and the system users in the event of deviations from the normal performance set out therein. The Contractor shall ensure the continuous, reliable and secure functioning of the National Visa System providing centralized filing and processing of applications-for Visas to the Republic of Bulgaria through an accessible web based interface. The Contractor provides post-warranty support services at his / her own account through a single Service Point for receiving telephone calls, emails and online queries as specified in the contract and its annexes.

Main Site: National Visa Center - Sofia, Al.-Jendov 2 - Ensuring post-warranty subscription service and maintenance of the National Visa Information System (NVIS) - Client Database and Interface Components (CDBI).

During post-warranty maintenance, the contractor performs activities to ensure the operational and efficient use of the CDBI by the assignor and the system users in the event that they occurof the normal performance characteristics laid down therein. The Contractor shall ensure the continuous, reliable and secure operation of the National Visa System providing centralized submission and processing of Visa Applications for the Republic of Bulgaria via an accessible web based interface

The Contractor provides after-sales support services for his own account through a single pointService Desk for receiving phone calls, e-mails and online queries. The contractor provides a web-based system for registering and tracking problems and incidents, which is shared by contractor's and contractor's representatives and specified in the contract and its annexes

The priorities of the problems are determined by the nodedepending on their influence on the work of diplomatic missions and consular posts. • All activities should be performed under the specified conditions, unless otherwise stated in the activity concerned.

All activities are provided to ensure availability of the services provided by-the visa center, diplomatic representations and consulates 24 hours a day without a break. Citizens and end-users of the system (consular officers and National Visa Center) are provided on working days from 8:00 to 20:00 by an on-site contractor employee (s) in the HVAC. for the Service Desk's own technical means(hardware and software needed) to register queries. They remain the property of the contractor after the post-warranty maintenance. The electronic data in the registration system is the property of the assignor. Upon expiration or termination of the service contract, the contractor shall be obliged to provide all the information collected to the contracting authority so far.a handle of the CDM is carried out according to a schedule agreed with the assignor. The Contractor shall notify the Assignor at least 2 weeks in advance of scheduled system prophylactic examinations.

The Participant shall offer in its tender a methodology for planning maintenance.

All requests and reports of problems and incidents with BCDD are considered as made by the Contractor after obtained by pof the Electronic Communications Act or one of the three communication channels - a telephone call, an e-mail, a request to the web system for registering incidents

Grounds for removal:

The assignor removes from participation a participant for whom the grounds under Art. 54, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act, Art. 55, para. 1, item 1, item 3, item 4 and item 5 of the Public Procurement Act, the conditions under Art.107 of the Public Procurement Act, the circumstances under Art. 3, item 8 of the Economic and Financial Relations Act with the companies registered in preferential tax jurisdictions, the persons controlled by them and their actual owners, the circumstances under Art. 69 of the Corruption Anti-Corruption Act and for the confiscation of the unlawfully acquired property and is related to another participant in the procedure.

The Contracting Authority shall remove a participant who, if, following a call by the contracting entity and within the period specified therein, refuses to extend the period of validity of his tender or if he submits a shorter validity period or fails to submit the justification under Art. 72, para. 1 of the Public Procurement Act or whose offer has not been accepted according to Art. 72, para. 3-5 of the Public Procurement Act
