The subject of the order is the IBM software maintenance service used by State Administration Units in the scope of licenses listed in Appendix No. 1 to the ToR, provided during the period from the date of conclusion of the contract until December 31, 2020

The detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for implementation constitute Annex No. 1 to the SETC and Essential Provisions of the Contract constituting Annex No. 2 do SIWZ.

The ordering party does not allow variant bids within the meaning of art. 2 points 7 of the Public Procurement Law - the Employer does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 67 sec. 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law - the Contractor commencing the proceedings is obliged-pay the bid bond for each part, in the amount of: - - Part I - PLN 50, 000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys, 00/100), - - Part II - PLN 50, 000.00 (in words: fifty thousand zlotys, 00 /100).

Centrum of Government Administration Service with headquarters in Warsaw at ul. Powsińska 69/71, 02 903 Warsaw (hereinafter: "COAR") processes data contained in offers or applications for admission toparticipation in the public procurement procedure, in publicly available registers (National Court Register, Central Register and Information on the Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, National Criminal Record) in order to conduct public procurement proceedings on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 29.1.2004 Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1579, as amended).).
