CPV Description: System and support services.
Service of maintenance of the information system, specialized technical support for the definition of policies of economic support to individuals and families with the indicator "Object of the contract and the assignment, through an open procedure pursuant to art. . 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, with the criterion for the award of the economicamen offermore advantageous pursuant to art. 16 and art. 17 of the L.P. 2/2016 and of the relative implementation regulation approved with D.P.P. October 21st 2016, n. 16-50 / Leg., Service maintenance of the information system, specialized technical support for the definition of economic support policies for individuals and families through the indicator of the family economic condition.Site: Province of Trento.
Object of the contract and the provision of professional technical support services and management of the ICEF system Indicator of the Family Economic Condition, according to the requirements and with the modalities and terms indicated in the Technical Specifications. The company undertakes to carry out the following activities:
a) system management services, mcorrective maintenance of software and support for testing / transfer to production, management of technological infrastructure, help desk and user assistance, service management, as described in the sections of the same subject in Chapter 5 of the Technical Specifications;
b) service of project management and specialized technical support for the definition / management of sector policies, cosi as described in the sections of the same subject in Chapter 5 of the Technical Specifications;
c) specialist support service and training, as described in the sections of the same subject in Chapter 5 of the Technical Specifications;
d) service evolutionary maintenance, as described in the sections of the same object in Chapter 5 of the Technical Specifications;
e) servsystem redelivery and closure of the service, as described in paragraph 5.9 of the Technical Specifications;
f) professional services for the management of the service and technological infrastructure out of standard "business time", as per Paragraph 5.5 Management of the technological infrastructure, of the Technical Specifications,
g) professional assistance services outside the standard hours "business time ", referred to in Paragraph 5.6 Helpdesk and user assistance, of the Technical Specifications.
Registration in the register of companies or equivalent professional or commercial register of the country of establishment, for similar activity to that object of the contract (eg services professional development and maintenance of information systems), with indication of the corporate purpose (if the concurrent registration is not required to specify the reasons, indicating any other documentation that legitimizes the performance of the contracted service).
