Construction of the 110 kV substation 16.7 Hz, the 16.7 Hz 15 kV switchgear, the auxiliary power supply (AC distribution 230/400 V, 50 Hz and 60 V DC), the earthing system / potential control, the domestic power supply30 kVA / 230/400 V AC), the 15 kV supply and return cable connections, the 15 kV overhead line connection, the 110 kV traction current connection, the 15 kV building construction and the secondary engineering as well as demolition and dismantling of the existing substation, earthworks, foundations, fortified and unpaved areas in the substation, fencing and drainageinterested economic operators must inform the contracting authority that they are interested in the contracts; the contracts will be awarded without publication of a call for competition.

The economic operator must, in addition to the declarations referred to in points III.1.1 to III.1.3, require the following further explanations / proof:

All required explanations / proofs are to be presented compellingly, a reference to earlier applications is not accepted. Only the explanations / proofs required under III.1.1 to III.1.3, III.2.2 and VI.3 become for the selection of bidders takes into account. Other documents are not required.

All of III.1.1 to III.1.3, III.2.2 and aboveand VI.3 Required Declarations / Evidence are to be submitted in the open procedure with the offer and in a call for participation in the application for participation.

Questions on the tender documents or the award procedure must be provided in good time so that the client can respond to them at the earliest, taking account of internal voting processes 6 days before the deadline for the offersubmission or submission of the requests to participate is possible. The client reserves the right not to answer questions that are not answered on time or within less than 6 days before expiry of the deadline for the submission of tenders or the submission of the participation request.
