The purchase of water-speed measuring spoons

It is planned to acquire 28 sets of water-speed measuring spoons.

It is planned to acquire 28 sets of water-speed measuring spoons.

1) The supplier must submit with the proposal a European General Document on Public Procurement (hereinafter referred to as the ECAF)lactation replacing the documents issued by the competent authorities and indicating that there are no grounds for the removal of the supplier.

The tenderer must submit:

1.1) tender participant;

1.2) each partner group of the supplier, if the offer is submitted by the group of suppliers; 1.3) each subcontractor or an entity whose capacity is based on the supplier;

2) the contracting authority does notthe grounds for eliminating the subleaders or economic entities whose capacity the supplier does not rely on;

3) the documents proving the absence of the supplier's exclusion bases will be requested only from the tender offering the most economically advantageous tender.
