The procedure is aimed at awarding a framework agreement for each lot, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, lett. a), of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, concerning the supply of traditional surgical sutures for general surgery for public administrations. For more details, refer to the documentationand of the tender.

III.1.1) The participation of the subjects referred to in art. 45 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 with the procedures referred to in Articles 47 and 48 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 under the following conditions:

a) the general requirements are indicated in paragraph 6 of the tender specificationseri;

b) the eligibility requirements are indicated in paragraph 7.1) of the tender specifications.

If, before the deadline of duration of the framework agreement for each lot, even if extended, the value of a specific contract for a contracting station reachesestimated value of the same framework agreement or exceed it (in any case up to a maximum threshold of 20%), Consip will consider the latter as having reached maturity and consequently the administrations will not be able to issue further supply orders. Each operator elects domicile, also pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, in the area of the system dedicated to it and to the address of poelectronic status indicated in the application form. As better clarified in the tender specifications, operators will be asked to produce for each lot: i) provisional guarantee pursuant to art. 93 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, whose quantification is indicated in the tender documentation; ii) final guarantees pursuant to art. 103 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 referred to in paragraph 24 of the capitolator of charges; iii) guarantee for inspections. Each lot is provided for unitary auction bases subject to discount, as better specified in the tender documentation.

The tender will be awarded on the basis of the economically most advantageous offer criterion based on the best value for money. Subcontracting is permitted using the methods indicated in Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and in the garmentstolate of charges. The race will take place via an IT system on which the entries must be inserted. II.2.5) Award criteria: The following criteria are valid for each lot. Quality criterion: all the criteria and sub-criteria for evaluating technical offers are indicated in the specifications, weighting 70; price, weighting 30.

II.2.7) Duration of the framework agreement: Duration in months: 12. The contracts awarded through the individual specific contracts have a durationa of 24 months, as better indicated in the tender documentation.

IV.1.1) Type of procedure: Open procedure

IV.1.3) Information on a framework agreement: The notice involves the conclusion of an agreement painting. Framework agreement with various operators: Maximum number of participants in the envisaged framework agreement: the number of successful bidders for each lot and identified on the basis ofrules indicated in paragraph 22 of the specifications.

IV.2.6) Minimum period during which the offerer is bound to his offer: The offer must be valid for 360 days from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
