It concerns the reconstruction and rehabilitation of streets in the municipality of Velingrad, as follows:

About the village of Grashevo - total length of the project axis 340 m and total area of road surface 1623 m2;

For Draginovo village - total length of the project axis for all included streets is 1274.08 m, total road surface for all streets included is 9009 m2 and total area of pavement for all included streets is 2685 m2 For the village of Krastava - total length of the project axis for all the streets included is 943.08 m, the total area roadfor all included streets is 5936 m2 and total pavement area for all streets included is 1003 m2;

For the village of Pashovi - total length of the project axis is 553, 04 m, total road surface area is 3280 m2 and total area pavement is 740 m2;

For the village of Sveta Petka - total length of the project axis for all included streets, is 633.28 m, total road surface for all the streets included is 3673 m2 and commonpavement floor area for all streets included is 456 m2

Detailed description of the requirements for the execution of the order is contained in the technical specification, an integral part of the public procurement documentation. Participants must be enrolled in the Central Professional Buildings Register and have a certificate issued by the Construction Chamber or an equivalent, and for a foreignpersons in analogous registers under the law of the Member State in which they are established. The requirement is declared in EEDOP, in Part IV: "Selection Criteria", Section A: "Fitness". When submitting the offer, participants only fill in the relevant section of EEDOP. Prior to the conclusion of the contract, the participant designated as contractor shall submit a certified copy of a valid CCT entry certificateRS to the Builders' Chamber for the execution of construction works of the construction category in which the object of the public procurement or equivalent is located. If the participant is a non-resident, he can present a valid equivalent document or declaration or certificate issued by a competent authority of a Member State of the European Union or of another country party to the European Agreementeconomic space proving the entry of the participant in a relevant register of that State. In case of merger, the requirement applies to the participant (s) who will carry out the construction activities. In the case of subcontracting envisaged, those should be indicated in EEDOP, as well as the share of the contract they will be awarded. In this case, you must representproof of the obligations assumed by the subcontractors. Subcontractors must comply with the relevant selection criteria according to the type and the share of the order they will perform and for them to have no grounds for removal from the procedure. Participants must be registered with the Central Professional Register of Builders (TSRC) and have a certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerceor for foreign persons in analogous registers under the legislation of the Member State in which they are established for the second group, the fourth category. In the last 3 completed financial years, the participant must have realized a minimum total turnover, depending on the date when the participant was established or started its activity. The requirement is declared in EEDOP, in Part IV: "Selection Criteria", item B: "Economic and Financial Condition", "Annual Annual Turnover." When submitting the tender, the participants fill in only the relevant section of EEDOP, which is evidenced by the documents under Article 62, paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act

The participant must have a valid professional liability insurance in accordance with Art. 171, para. 1 of the TDA with minimal stiffnesspursuant to the Ordinance on the terms and conditions for compulsory insurance in design and construction. The participant should provide the information in Part IV "Selection Criteria", B: "Economic and Financial Condition" Risk Insurance Policy "Professional Responsibility" by EEDOP (specifying the type and size of the required coverage, validity).the bidders only fill in the relevant section of EEDOP. The assignor shall remove from the procedure the participant, when there are circumstances referred to in Article 54, paragraph 1, item 1 -7 and Article 55, paragraph 1, items 1, 2, 3, 4, 5b "a" and b) "b" of the IBP, Art. 101, para.11 of the Public Procurement Act Art. 3, item 8 of the ЗИФОДЮПРСТТЛТДД, indicated in the Documentation for participation in the contract. When the selected contractor is an association which is not a legal entity, each of its members may be the principal of the bank guarantee, respectively the importer of the amount of the guarantee or the holder of the insurance. Where a tenderer selected to be a contractor chooses to submit a performance guarantee in the form of insurance that provides for the performance by covering a responsiblethe insurer must meet the following requirements: The insurance sum should be equal to 3% (three percent) of the contract value excluding VAT; the contracting entity should be designated as the third beneficiary of this insurance; the insurance premium will be paid once; a period of validity of at least 30 days after the period of execution is indicated.
