Processing of comments on the participation process

Processing of incoming comments as part of the public participation process to be carried out in accordance with - 15 ROG.

DB Netz AG plans for the Extension or new line Hanau Wuerzburg / section FuldaGelnhausen, in April / May 2020 to submit an application to carry out a spatial planning procedure in accordance with the provisions of the ROG. In the context of the public participation procedure to be carried out in accordance with -15 ROG, the Darmstadt governmental board as a procedural authority needs the support of a service provider for the processing of the incoming commentsThe gsverfahren includes 2 preferred variants and further stratified route variants (13 in total), for which statements from public authorities (TOeB), municipalities and private individuals are expected the specialist authorities involved.

The beginningthe disclosure is scheduled for early June 2020. The period of disclosure is expected to be at least 3 months.

The number of comments to be processed is based on a total of up to 12, 000 statements (including all mass statements). The receipt of the comments and thus the workload is progressive. This means that the human resources must be used, according to the existing work volume, can be kept flexible over the entire processing period. It is expected that the majority of the comments to be processed will be received towards the end of the disclosure period or beyondDeclaration by the bidder must also be submitted by each subcontractor, provided these are already known when the offer is submitted; in the case of bidding consortia, this must be stated by each member of the bidding consortium.

Ewith a minimum turnover of EUR 200, 000 p. a. in the areas of projects subject to EIA is mandatory. In the case of applicant groups, this is to be provided in its entirety;

- an informal declaration to be drawn up by the applicant that there is liability insurance for personal injury, property damage and property damage of at least EUR 1, 500, 000 or that it is concluded in the event of an order; for applicantsthis is to be provided in total.
