This consultation concerns assistance services to mastery of work. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum amount of EUR 100, 000 before tax and a maximum amount of EUR 350, 000 excluding tax. It is in application of articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. It will give rise to the issue of purchase orders.

The present consultation relates to services of assistance to mastery of work. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum amount of EUR 100, 000 before tax and a maximum amount of EUR 350, 000 excluding tax. It is carried out pursuant to Articles L. 2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the code of the public order. It will give place to the issue of purchase orders. - Declaration on the honor to justify that the candidate enters in no cases of prohibition to tender,

- the copy of the judgment (s) pronounced (s) ) if the candidate is in receivership,

- information on the respect of the obligation of employment mentioned in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the Labor Code,

- the contracting authority also wishes the economic operators to include in their application the valid civil liability insurance certificate and the pardon of the person to bind the company (Kbis excerpt or delegation of authority)

Declaration concerning the overall turnover and the turnover concerning thecontracted in the last 3 financial years available depending on the date of creation of the company or the beginning of the economic operator`s activity, to the extent that information on these sales figures is available .
