The subject matter of the contract is the hiring, installation and demonstration of snow seizures to ensure winter maintenance of highways and expressways administered by the National Highway Company, a.s. Detailed definition of the subjectContracts form part B.1 Description of the subject matter of the contract for the documents on the basis of the tender documents. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment of certain Conclusions as amended by later regulations:

Only those who meet the following conditions for participation in personal status may participate in public procurement:. According to - 32 par. 1 Act no. 343/2015 Coll. on Public Procurement and on the amendment and supplementation of certain outcomes, as amended (hereinafter referred to as the FTA), which they prove fulfillment pursuant to - 32 para. 2 ZVO in conjunction with - 152 ZVO.

2. If the applicant or candidate has a registered office, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic and the statute of its registered office, place of business or usual residence does not issue anyfrom the documents referred to in - 32 para. It may be replaced by an affidavit in accordance with the rules in force in the State of its registered office, place of business or usual residence. If the law of the applicant or candidate with the seat, place of business or usual residence outside the territory of the Slovak Republic does not regulate the institute of honorary declaration, it may be replaced by the declarationm before a court, administrative body, notary, other professional institution or commercial institution according to the regulations applicable in the state of the applicant`s office, place of business or usual residence of the applicant or candidate. The tenderer submits the following documents proving his finfinancial and economic position as proof that it is able to successfully fulfill the subject of the contract:. Applicant proves financial and economic position: By expressing the bank (s) in which the applicant has the account (s), that his / her account is not in an unauthorized debit, is not subject to execution, financial obligations that will not be the lastday of the deadline for submission of tenders older than 3 months, as original or certified photocopy. For the sake of clarity, it is noted that an account statement is not considered to be a bank confirmation. Applicants may use the financial resources of another person to prove their financial and economic standing, regardless of their legal relationship. In this case, the tenderer must prove to the contracting authority that:in the implementation of the framework agreement, it will actually use the resources of the person whose position it uses to prove its financial and economic status. The applicant demonstrates this fact by a written contract concluded with this person, whose sources he intends to prove his financial and economic position. The written contract must give rise to an obligation on the part of the person to provide performance for the entire duration of the contractual relationship.The person whose resources are to be used to prove financial and economic status must demonstrate fulfillment of the conditions for participation in personal status, except for - 32 para. 1 pism. e) of the PPA and there must be no exclusion grounds in accordance with - 40 para. 6 pism. a) to h) and par. 7 ZVO.

3. The contracting authority requires that the tenderer and any other person whose capacity is to be used to proveeconomic and economic position, they were jointly responsible for implementing the framework agreement. A group of suppliers shall demonstrate that the conditions for participation relating to economic and financial standing together are met. The economic operator may provisionally replace the documents proving the fulfillment of the conditions for participation by the Single European Document (JED) pursuant to - 39 of the Act. The applicant shall fill in Parts I to III. JED and can offOnly section: Global indication for all conditions of Part IV JED without having to fill in other sections of Part IV JED.
