The contract to be awarded concerns the provision of flexible capacity for administrative secretaries for the unit organization of the municipality of Apeldoorn. A characteristic of this is that the need for temporary replacement is almost always metand the replacement should be arranged yesterday rather than today. A partnership is entered into with the (max. 3) parties to be contracted in which the occupancy of the unit and the support of B&W is optimized. that the unitmulti-year (4 years) can provide administrative secretaries. The reason for organizing this tender is that the municipality of Apeldoorn regularly needs temporary secretarial support for the directors. The amount of hiring is, based on hiring data from the recent past, approximately three (3) functions per year. No rights can be granted to the stated numbersbe borrowed. The framework agreement to be concluded has no purchase guarantee. We expect from suppliers a cooperative, customer-oriented approach and a high delivery performance. The municipality intends to contract the suppliers as of 1.1.2020 for a maximum period of 4 years (duration of framework agreement): initial duration of 1 year with 3 x an extension option of 1 year each.
