Provision of temporary staff

The purpose of this contract is to provide temporary staff. The needs are distributed by geographical area:

Main Site: Metropolitan France.

This lot aims to cover all the needs of EDF SA and its French subsidiaries (all profiles including DATR and medical) on the whole of the metropolitan territory on the two types of missions (in delegation and in management).

2 beneficiaries will be retained for this lot according to the criteria of attribution stated in the regulation of consultation.

The candidate must provide a declaration on the honor to justify that it does not enter into any of the cases mentioned in articles L. 2141-1 to L. 2141-5 and L. 2141-7 to L. 2141-11of the code of the public order in particular that it fulfills the obligations concerning the employment of handicapped workers defined in articles L. 5212-1 to L. 5212-11 of the labor code. This declaration is to be produced by the individual candidates, by each member of a candidate group and, where appropriate, by the subcontractors present.

-3 last balance sheets (for the warehouse)French accounts, in the form of tax packages including at least the balance sheet pages 1 and 2, the income statement pages 3 and 4, the annexes pages 5 and 11.

For a company created less than 3 years ago, the candidate must send the (s) balance sheet (s) available since its creation date.

If, for a justified reason, the economic operator is not able to produce the information andhe is authorized to prove his economic and financial capacity by any other means considered appropriate by the buyer (ex: letter certifying your turnover signed by an auditor, projection of turnover ... ) - to justify, according to the lot (s), an annual turnover higher than:

- lot 1: Metropole: turnover higher than 300 M EUR / year,

- lot 2:Guadeloupe and Martinique: achieve a turnover exceeding 5, 000, 000 EUR / year,

- lot 3: Meeting = achieve a turnover higher than 4, 000, 000 EUR / year,

- lot 4: Guyana = achieve a turnover higher than 3 000 000 EUR / year,

- lot 5: digital lot: turnover over 9 000 000 EUR / year.
