The Hessian State Government has the topic E-Government declared a priorityt. According to the master plan for eGovernment, this work should be continued with appropriate intensity in the coming years. In the past, various areas of responsibility have often involved consulting, support and development needs in the operation, in individual projects and in complex projects, depending on the individual case. This bedArte are also expected to be adapted in the coming years. However, since the required own know-how can not always be provided promptly in sufficient capacity and quality, the client intends to conclude framework contracts for the operation and support support as well as for consulting and support servicesfor the organizational and technical implementation of the e-government program. In particular, this call for tender should take account of the fact that in the HZD a wide variety of areas make demands on Microsoft Services.
